Which countries do you deliver to? We deliver exclusively to France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

What are the delivery times?

• Preparation: Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery: Once the package is dispatched, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for France and Belgium. For Switzerland, allow an additional 2 to 3 days depending on customs checks.

How much does delivery cost?

• Delivery is completely free for purchases over €100!

• For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your cart, based on weight and destination.

How can I track my package? As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Simply click on it to follow the progress of your package in real-time.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me? Yes, absolutely! You have 14 days after receiving your package to return an item, without having to provide a reason.

What are the conditions for a return? The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all its tags attached and in its original packaging. Any stained (makeup marks, perfume, etc.) or damaged item cannot be refunded.

Are return fees free? Return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in the rare case where we have made an error with your order (defective item or wrong size received).

When will I be refunded? Once your return is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days directly to the payment method used for your purchase.
